CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE GIFT CARD

The Gift Card is valid for purchases at www.surfmonkey.es

As a buyer, you decide the amount of the card, to choose between: €25, €50, €75, €100 and €150.

The Gift Card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount for which it was issued is used up.

Each Surf Monkey Gift Card has a unique code and to be used the code must be entered before making the payment.

The return of the Gift Card will be accepted, provided that it has not been used, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase.

Orders that contain the purchase of the Gift Card cannot be made with the cash on delivery payment method.

To redeem your Gift Card, follow these steps:

Visit the website www.surfmonkey.es

Select the garment or garments you would like to buy.

Enter the code of your Gift Card before payment, in the check out box enabled for it, where you can read Discount code.

-If the amount of the Card is equal to that of the order, the amount to be paid will be zero.

-If the amount of the Gift Card is less than the cost of the order, you can pay the difference using any payment method available in the store.

-If the amount of the Gift Card is greater than the value of the order placed, we will deduct said amount from the Gift Card and you can use the remaining balance available for your next purchase.

The Gift Card balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.

The Gift Card cannot be paid for with another Gift Card.

Gift Cards may not be compatible with certain discount codes.

Return of the Gift Card

The term for returning the Gift Card is the same as for any other item on sale at www.surfmonkey.es. The return of the Card that has not been used within a period of 30 days from the date of shipment will be accepted. by Surf Monkey of the Card to the purchaser of the same. The refund will be made under the same payment method used for the purchase.

How is the amount of items purchased with a Gift Card returned?

The refund will be made directly on the Gift Card, increasing the available balance.

The Gift Card balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
